Terms and conditions

Changes :

Please report any possible changes in your schedule or any additional requirements at least 3 hours in advance using e-mail / phone / sms / online form. .

Cancellation :

Please report cancellations 3 hours in advance, in the same manner as other changes. When paying in advance and failing to meet these conditions a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. No cancellation fee to be charged when changes are reported in time.

Payment :

We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers. We accept cash payment to the driver in currencies CZK, USD, EUR, GBP.
When paying by credit card or bank transfer, we charge 5% handling fee to the price.

When ordering the return journey you pay it in advance during the first ride. You will receive a voucher confirming your payment and you will submit it to the driver on the return journey.

Others :

Our cars are exclusively non-smoking which is especially appreciated by families with children. For families with kids we have child seats and leg-rests available.
Representatives of companies appreciate the cleanness of our cars and English speaking drivers. We guarantee 100% satisfaction.

APPENDIX :

Wherever there is in the text of our website the word "taxi" in connection with the services offered by us, this is only a mediation of taxi service or contracting transport. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions, including this Appendix at any time
